According to the eye witness,he saw the around 7:30am GMT Walking around a nearby cemetery.

He thought the boy was looking for some place to defecate, so he didn't bother tomto him.

The man then shouted on the boy a "thief" and those who lived around the cemetery came and cought the boy.
